I am an architectural designer with over 8 years of experience working on a range of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, urban design and master planning. In 2006 I graduated from SCI-Arc with a Master of Architecture. While at SCI-Arc I interned with design-build firm RST/73. After graduating I began working on large scale mixed use projects at Roschen Van Cleve Architects in Los Angeles. In 2009 my desire to undertake a project from concept to completion led me to start my design practice, Daydesignstudio, specializing in single family residential design. Since then I've completed over 12 projects ranging from new single family residences to restaurant concepts. Most recently, I've had the opportunity to work as an independent contractor on larger commercial and multifamily projects.

I believe being engaged in the larger design community is critical for the growth of the designer and the health of the greater design community. I served as co-chair and chair of the AIA Seattle Design Committee for a period spanning 4 years.

To all projects I bring an ability to balance independent agency with group collaboration, a thoughtful approach, stong work ethic and most of all, the need to push a design to its full potential.

I am always interested in new opportunities. If you have a potential project or an opportunity you'd like to discuss please email me at day.graham@gmail.com.
